I’m not going to lie, I could really use some French fries right about now. I also had to really really really resist the urge to not lick the cheese off of my kid’s snack…Doritos.
Breakfast: Leftover 2 1/2 egg omelet, banana, chunky guacamole, and a small handful of trail mix (walnuts, cashews, and pistachios), Coffee+unsweetend vanilla almond milk (no sugar added)
Lunch: Mini Lara Bar, 16 oz Starbucks Iced Green Tea Unsweetened (first trip to Starbucks all week!) I’m impressed with myself already.
Snack: Mini Lara Bar
Dinner: baked potato with plant based butter, carrots, cruciferous coleslaw, 4 oz orange juice and 4 oz carrot juice
Takeaway: My son actually would drink iced unsweetened green tea and he didn’t think it was too bad. I may have also went overboard with organizing my pantry with all the new foods. Easily spent $25 on containers at the Dollar Tree. I guess I’m just ‘one of those people now.’
