
Day 11 was a hard one. I can’t tell if the increase in appetite is from traveling, late bedtimes, extra walking/swimming, or because of an off schedule meal times. Everything sounded good to eat. There were home fries, Taco Bell, leftover pizza, cold beer, Frappuccinos, pop, and donuts. Everything looked and sounded so good. It didn’t seem to matter what I ate today I was still hungry and no matter what I made everything else I couldn’t have seemed better.
Breakfast: scrambled eggs, banana, almond butter, almond milk, cinnamon, coffee and unsweetened almond milk
Lunch: almonds, banana, Lara bar, apple juice
Dinner: Baked potato with ghee, scrambled eggs, guacamole, salsa, and lettuce
Snack: two mini Lara bars
Takeaway: I’m hoping this craving phase passes or I won’t make it to day 11. For now I’m just going to trust the process. Also where did the energy go? Anyone else get stuck at this stage?
