
Whole30 Confessional: I may or may not have eaten a few Lara bars last night. Okay not a few like 6. But at least they were minis right? I’m going to just blame the zoodles.
I did set myself up for failure. I was so worried about making the fancy sauce and zoodles I really didn’t plan much else for the dinner time meal and I was still hungry. Today I’m going to try to eat more eggs and drink more water. We shall see if those help.
Breakfast: 4 scrambled eggs, coffee and unsweetened almond milk
Lunch: cashews, banana, mini Lara bar
Snack: unsweetened macadamia milk and espresso latte, pickles
Dinner:baked potato with ghee, lettuce, guacamole, salsa, and carrots
Snack: 1/2 banana
Takeaway: I’m having some strong feelings for some mid-week beer and pizza. It’ll just have to wait until February. I was full most of the day. Eating a heavier breakfast worked wonders and I was able to avoid the late night cravings.
