Whole30 Challenge Day 21

Nuts about nuts

Why can’t all days be like day 21? What a great day with little to no food cravings.

Breakfast: banana, unsweetened almond milk and coffee

Lunch: carrots and guacamole, Lara bar, cashews, small macadamia milk with espresso

Dinner: small baked potato with salt, cooked broccoli and carrots, side salad with greens/carrots/tomatoes/hard boiled eggs/cabbage

Snack: mini Lara bar, banana frozen smoothie with unsweetened coconut milk and cashew butter

Takeaway: Today was a breeze. I’m establishing a routine and know what foods to try in a cinch.
